Vision Claims Processing

DeCare’s claim process is fast and simple.

Members can submit a claim as soon as a course of treatment is complete either by post or through our secure online ‘Scan & Send’ system. They will receive a text when their claim is received and claims are processed promptly into their bank account.

Alternatively, members can visit an Optician  on DeCare’s Vision In-Network.

In-Network

DeCare’s Vision Network is another great option for members. If a member attends an optician on DeCare’s In Network, DeCare will pay the optician directly for the costs covered by the member’s policy, with the member only paying the balance.
