The member lets the provider know before the treatment that they want to use the DeCare In-Network service and brings their policy number and photo ID to the appointment.
Claiming / Payment
The In-Network provider will submit the claim on the member’s behalf and DeCare will pay the provider directly. Members only need to pay for any treatments or costs that are not covered on their policy.
DeCare will send the member a claims statement to show what benefits have been paid on their behalf.
